FertileMag wishes to raise awareness of the difficulties that thousands of couples encounter in having a child, particularly in the donation of gametes. For this, FertileMag puts into play a gain of 250 € to be worth on a trip (Plane, train, hotel ....)
Article 1: Game organizer
FertileMag is organizing a contest on its fertilemag.com site under the conditions provided for in these rules.
Article 2: Participation
The draw is open to any natural person, of legal age and resident in metropolitan France, including Corsica, subscribed or not to FertileMag, with the exception of salaried members of FertileMag, employees of its partner PMA clinics as well as founding members and their respective family.
Limited to one entry per household (same address, same name) for the duration of the game.
Persons who have not provided proof of their complete contact details and identities (strictly necessary for management purposes) or who have provided them inaccurately or misleadingly will be disqualified. Participation in the game entails pure and simple acceptance of these rules. No identifying information will be disseminated on participants who will be assigned a number or nickname.
Failure to comply with said rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of prizes.

Article 4: Definition and value of the prize

only valid on the purchase of plane or train ticket(s) (no refund of the difference if the amount is less than €250)

The amount of the stay will be paid directly by FertileMag to the plane or train service provider.
Article 5: Terms of participation
Participation in the game is done on the sitehttps://www.fertilemag.com/
The participants will have to answer a questionnaire of 5 questions, the answers being on our site, plus two subsidiary questions which will decide between the ties.
Start of the competition on 02/05/2021 until 09/30/2021 at 8 p.m. The results will be broadcast on Monday 4/10/2021 at 6 p.m. on our website but each participant will be assigned a nickname or a number so as not to disseminate the identity of the participants.
It is not possible to participate in both facebook and fertilemag contests simultaneously and we will only keep the first registered participation
Any participation, in particular incomplete, with inaccurate contact details will be considered null and void.
The will of proven fraud or the demonstrated attempt at cheating of a participant, in particular, by the creation of false identities allowing to register several times could be sanctioned by the formal and definitive prohibition to participate in the competition.
The winner will be the one who answers all the questions and is closest to the two subsidiary questions.
Article 6: Interpretation of the rules
Participation in this game implies full acceptance of the terms set out in these rules. FertileMag organizer will not answer any questions concerning the practical terms of the game throughout its duration.
FertileMag will sovereignly decide any question relating to the application of this regulation or any question that may arise, not resolved by it. These decisions will be without appeal.
